The Gingersnap 20” bike is a classic bike designed for children aged 5-8 years.

It comes with a colour-matched chain guard and mudguards to keep your mini-Bobbin rider’s outfit neat and tidy. With a gloss paint finish, hand-made wicker basket, matching grips and saddle, the styling perfectly mirrors our adult’s range.

It has 7 gears for trips to school or days out with friends and family. It comes with a traditional ding-dong bell and a fitted kickstand. This bike is not supplied with stabilisers (training wheels) but universal ones can be purchased from other retailers.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE A JUNIOR BIKE

Assembling a Bobbin junior bike is really easy and fun.

• The bike arrives in a box. The handlebars, front wheel, front mudguard, pedals and saddle must be attached.
• The basket is attached simply by the straps. Only the Gingersnap 24" comes with a basket support.
• The box contains basic tools. You will also need scissors, pliers, a screwdriver and a pump.

Some things to note:

• The basket is not machine made, it is hand woven from natural materials. Inconsistencies in weave, finish and colour are to be expected and are part of its charm.

JUNIOR SIZE GUIDE

Finding the correct size bike starts with measuring the legs. Take a measuring tape, place it on the floor inside the leg and measure upwards. Now check the chart below. If two sizes fit, go for the bigger. It will fit for longer whilst your child grows.
